New patient or returning patients, please call one of our locations to set up the initial intake appointment. Then follow the 3 easy steps to get started.

- 3. Start consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider

Once your healthcare provider has taken you through the intake process you will communicate to your provider on Medici. When you want to speak with, select “Message” in their profile. Say hello and briefly describe your issue or as a question. Don’t stress about what to tell them, they will likely have follow up questions for you.
Your doctor can prescribe medication directly from the Medici app. Make sure your date of birth, address, gender, and phone number is updated in the app.
